Within the framework of development and knowledge transfer between municipalities
and participation with the Libyan municipalities in the Temsal project and the visit to the municipality of Bologna, the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region in the Italian state
Mrs. Lamia Al-Ghariani, Director of the Benghazi Urban Observatory, met with the Urban Innovation Department in the city of Bologna, whose establishment date is the same as the establishment of the Benghazi Urban Observatory, in an effort to consult and research to know the work mechanisms and exchange experiences.
