The participation of members from the Urban Observatory of the city within the Benghazi municipality team in the workshop held during the days Wednesday – Thursday to prepare a development plan for the municipality within the Libyan-German program to support municipalities in Libya and prepare local development plans for Libyan municipalities in partnership with the Ministry of Local Government.
